BSP Rewards, Stored Systems and BidGive International Announce Agreement To Issue, Distribute and Power The Montessori Family MasterCard


MARGATE, FL – 10/30/2006 -- BSP Rewards, the primary operating subsidiary of MediaNet Group Technologies (OTCBB: MEDG ), announced today that they have reached an agreement to provide the backend software platform for the Montessori Family MasterCard.

Previously STORD Systems, LLC President Kenneth Murphy and James Walker, BidGive International President, announced a joint agreement to provide Montessori Schools in the United States and Canada, including schools associated with the American Montessori Society, Association Montessori International and a host of local Montessori associations with a stored value MasterCard debit card. The card will be branded as the Montessori Family MasterCard and utilizing BidGive's patent pending technology will earn cardholders and Montessori Schools cash value rebates when shopping through the program at the more than 600 participating on and off line merchants.

BSP Rewards shall provide the custom built rewards mall and the back-end operating platform which includes nearly 600 leading merchants throughout the United States to support BidGive's proprietary front-end discount rewards program and unique business model.

There are 975,000 families that have children enrolled in U.S Montessori schools and the Montessori Family MasterCard and rewards mall will be made available to all parents, students, family members, staff and supporters of the Montessori system.

The Montessori Family MasterCard and rewards mall program are scheduled to launch in November and members shall be able to shop and earn points for themselves and their schools immediately.
